My Story
After serving in the U.S. Navy, I pursued a career in sports and exercise science, specializing in biomechanics and mobility. I saw a need for personalized, professional care that comes directly to people—outside of crowded gyms and clinics.
Drawing on my rehabilitation experience and passion for helping others move with confidence, I created a service that brings studio-level wellness into the comfort of your home or community.
Today, I provide in-home assisted stretching, mobility bodywork, and recovery-focused training to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and restore movement. My goal is simple: help you move better, recover faster, and maintain long-term wellness.
