    Know What to Expect

    1Before Your Session

    • Wear comfortable, stretchy athletic clothing
    • Drink water and stay hydrated
    • Avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours before
    • Clear an 8×8 foot floor space at home
    • Have your completed forms ready

    Hydrate Well

    Drink plenty of water to support muscle recovery

    Move Gently

    Light movement is great; avoid intense workouts for 24hrs

    Expect Soreness

    Mild soreness is normal and fades within 24-48 hours
